FARMERS RESPONSE TO THE PARTNERSHIP SYSTEM IN BROILER CHICKEN LIVESTOCK BUSINESS IN EAST LOMBOK DISTRICT

Abstract:

This study aims to describe the farmer’s response , and to analyze the correlation between the characteristics of the selected breeders and the farmer’s response to the partnership system in broiler chicken farming in East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. The research was conducted from April to July 2020 using the descriptive-correlational method . In this study , 30 plasma breeders were selected as a sample of respondents by proportional random sampling . Peng size variables, both the independent variable and the dependent variable were carried out using an ordinal scale and a score system. The data were analyzed descriptively and test statisti k correlation Rank Spearman . The results showed , that the response s farmers to partnership on the farm chicken broiler generally include k riteria good or positive, and the correlation between certain characteristics and responses breeders selected varies from weak to strong. Two characteristic variables that have a strong correlation with the farmer’s response to the partnership system in broiler chicken farming are education level (p <0.01) and partnership motivation (p <0.05 ).

Abstract:

This research aims to identify the strengths and weaknesses (internal environment) as well as opportunities and threats (external environment) and formulate strategies in the implementation of e-learning for technical and functional training in order to create professional human resources. Learning e-learning is very helpful in creating professionalism for training participants, so the recommended solution is the implementation of e-learning for technical and functional training. The benefits of implementing a change project to increase the competence of employees, expert staff, educators or lecturers are to contribute in supporting the goals of bureaucratic reform in the area of human resource management, namely to improve effectiveness and professionalism in government administration, in particular the effectiveness and efficiency of education and training. Based on the research objectives, the implementation of the change project in the form of e-learning can be implemented and categorized as feasible according to the SWOT analysis.

CONTRACT FARMING ON GARLIC FARM, CASE STUDY IN TEMANGGUNG REGENCY, INDONESIA

Abstract:

The research aims were to (i) analyze the activity of contract farming on garlic farm between farmers and importers, (ii) analyze the income of the garlic farmers who participating in contract farming, (iii) analyze variables of assistance of production unit, technological assistance, and access to market toward income of garlic’ farmers. The research was conducted  in Tretep District, Temanggung Regency. This research used a survey method of 80 respondents.  Simple random sampling was used to determine respondents among 318 garlic farmers participating in contract farming. Data analysis was analyzed by descriptive, income analysis and multiple linear regression methods. The partnership was established with farmers providing land and labor, importers providing seeds and production facilities. Based on the result, the average production cost was IDR 9,911,979.00 with the largest percentage of production costs being labor costs. The average yield for one harvesting season was 5.36 tons or 6.96 tons/ha. The average income of farmer was IDR 15,879,895.00 or equivalent to IDR 30,995,170.00/ha. Simultaneously, assistance of production unit, technological assistance, and access to market had a significant effect on the income of garlic farmers in Temanggung Regency. Partially, assistance of production unit, and access to market significantly affected the income of garlic farmers in Temanggung Regency. Technological assistance had no significant effect on the income of garlic farmers in Temanggung Regency.

Dispute settlement in the settlement village election dispute over village elections in West Sumbawa regency true West Sumbawa Regent is the authority granted by Article 37 paragraph (6) of Law No. 6 of 2014 on the village through Attribution in order to dispute election results village. The authority delegated by the Regent of West Sumbawa to Village Head Election Committee of the Regional level (PPKD District) through The mandate and the authority delegated back by PPKD District the MPS Village Head Election through Sub Mandate.

Abstract:

This research is intended to answer two main legal issues that is 1). What is the arrangement of association organization as a legal entity based on the laws and regulations in Indonesia? 2). How is the juridical consequence of the Supreme Court Judgment on the Legal Entity of Nahdatul Wathan (NW) Legal Entity.

To answer the problems that have been formulated in this research used several approaches method: Statutory approach and conceptual approach. Based on the results of research show: 1). Understanding associations in Indonesia is very simple, based only on the existence of a collection of people who have intent and purpose so that all business entities and legal entities that exist in Indonesia is defined as an association. Legal entities that have existed in Indonesia are similar to whether the association is a limited liability company, cooperatives, foundations all already have a clear legal umbrella and high, namely the Law while the Association, the regulation of Legal Entity Association is still based on the Dutch colonial legacy rules staadsblaad No 1870 and also spread to other regulations. The regulation concerning the legalization of an Entity Law entity is only stipulated in a Ministerial Regulation alone whose position is far below the law, namely the Regulation of the Minister of Justice and Human Rights No. 6 of 2014 is concerning Legal Entity Legal Entity. 2). whereas with the issuance of the Supreme Court Decision Number 37 K / TUN / 2016 which annulled the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights No. AHU-00297.60.10.2014 dated 11 July 2014, the existence of the Religious Social Organization established under Deed No. 48, dated October 29 1956, made by Hendrik Alexander Malada, Notary of Mataram Assistant, registered and enacted by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia through Letter Number J.A.5 / 105/5, dated 17 October 1960 remains in recognition.

ANALYSIS OF INCREASED INCOME ON INCOME TAX ON INCOME TAX ARTICLE 21, VALUE ADDED TAX AND SALES TAX ON LUXURY GOODS AT THE ATAMBUA PRATAMA TAX SERVICE OFFICE

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to analyze the increase in non-taxable income to the Income Tax Article 21, Value Added Tax and Sales Tax on Luxury Goods at the Atambua Primary Tax Office. This research design is in the form of descriptive quantitative research and uses the case study method. This type of research was chosen because it is by the research objectives, namely to analyze data by describing the increase in non-taxable income. and Income Tax Article 21, Value Added Tax and Sales Tax on Luxury Goods, it is known the level of tax revenue received by the Atambua Primary Tax Service Office. In this research, the data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and comparative analysis. view and compare changes in the growth rate of taxpayers and the target and realization of Income Tax Article 21, Value Added Tax and Sales Tax on Luxury Goods annually in the 2014-2019 time period, using the previous year as a comparison. The choice of this method is because one of the functions of the literature review is to help choose the procedure for solving research problems. The findings of my research are that the increase in non-taxable income for individual taxpayers can increase the growth of taxpayers at the Atambua Primary Tax Service Office. Three factors affect the level of income tax article 21 does not reach the revenue target, namely, the first factor is due to an increase in the rate of non-taxable income which causes the tax payable to decrease. Second, public awareness or taxpayers to carry out their tax obligations is still very drinking. Third, the number of tax officers or tax officers is not proportional to the number of taxpayers being supervised. The effect of an increase in Non-Taxable Income on Value Added Tax is relatively small because all purchases are taxed. Sales tax revenue on luxury goods at the Atambua Pratama Tax Service Office is nil because in the Atambua tax office area there is no production site for luxury goods sales tax objects.

IMPLEMENTATION OF WAQF LAND REGISTRATION AND LEGAL IMPLICATIONS (STUDY ON POTENTIAL AND UTILIZATION IN EAST LOMBOK)

Abstract:

In East Lombok there are many transition and registration of land rights of waqf. Data on the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of East Lombok Regency, the number of waqf land which is already certified area of 195,291 M2, then the land of endowment which already has the deed of pledge waqf but not certified 715.039 M2 and waqf land which has not AIW / APAIW of 28.258 M2. The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of registration and transfer of waqf land in East Lombok regency, due to law of registration and waqf land acquisition in East Lombok regency and to know the factors influencing the implementation of the registration and transition of waqf land in East Lombok regency. The results showed that the implementation of registration and transfer of waqf land in East Lombok Regency was guided by waqf regulation. The consequence of law of registration and transfer of waqf land in East Lombok Regency is to guarantee legal certainty and protection for the parties. Factors affecting the registration and transition of waqf land in East Lombok Regency consist of internal factors and external factors.

Abstract:

The leader is the initiator, stimulator, and dynamic of an organization or group. So that the success of a group or organization will greatly depend on the ability of leaders to be able to utilize the resources that are in it. Today many people are looking for leaders who not only demonstrate the standard competencies required by leaders. However, they prefer to follow leaders who have character, integrity, existence, and consideration ability. This study aims to determine the model of leadership innovation development and character building of students at SMK Wira Yudha Sakti Nusantara in Lumajang Regency, East Java. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on the results of the analysis using SEM, it can be concluded that there is a direct relationship between School Management and Leadership Innovation variables on Student Character and Adiwiyata School. There is an indirect effect between Leadership Innovation on Adiwiyata School through intervening Student Character variables. This shows that in making Adiwiyata School, it is necessary to form the character of students first.

EFFECT OF LOCAL COMPETENCE AND LOCALITY CONSTRUCTION MANPOWER PERFORMANCE IN SUMENEP REGENCY

Abstract:

The construction workforce is one of the human resource factors that has a strategic role and is also at the forefront in carrying out construction project work. Increasing workforce performance has been a challenge in the construction industry so far because construction workers contribute 30-50% of the total construction costs so it is crucial to the success of construction. The performance of the construction workforce is influenced by many factors including competence and the value of local wisdom. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of competence and the value of local wisdom on the performance of construction workers in Sumenep Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with causality analysis, the sampling technique uses proposiate stratified random sampling of 120 respondents who have expertise as foremen, head masons, artisans and unskilled workers. Based on the analysis results obtained by the multiple regression equation formula, Y = 0.235 + 0.724X1 + 0.146X2 + e. Partially through the t-test, the competency variable (X1) has a significant influence on performance (Y) with a value of 0.669 (strong). Likewise, the local wisdom variable (X2) which has a significant effect on performance even with a value of 0.244 (low). Whereas through the F-test, both of these variables simultaneously affect performance. The results of the calculation of the coefficient are 0.654 or 65.4%, indicating that there are still 34.6% of other factors affecting the performance of construction labor beyond the variables discussed in this study.
