The lack of steel and concrete on flexural case for length that dominate its selfweight from nominal flexural capacity left over and dominate then live load. Many research use FRP as retrofit reinforcement which using strip or prestressed strip carbon system, but it is rarely focused on fully FRP application so that proposed a U-shape FRP girder to hold the flexure. Reinforced FRP beam is made from E-glass fiber type by using unsaturates polyester resin as a matrix material. Composite beam is shaped from one set of angled 0 uniaxial mat and angled 45 biaxial mat. Pull wing U-profile on lower section has configuration lay-up of 17 mat layers [453/04/453/04/453], and the other section have configuration lay-up of 9 mat layers mat [45]9. The beam is variated on its height, they are 15 cm, 12.5 cm, and 10 cm in a row for A, B, and C beam. Girder length is set on 2000 mm and flexural load 3 centered node from 0 untul 105Kn that given quasi-staticly. Load and flexural is recorded manually but the strain is recorded automatically using aqcuisition system data. On centered load more than 0 Kn until 105 Kn, the result is obtained by flexural average on 47 mm and the tensile strain average on 0.0018. Deflection and strain sequence from small until high are A, E, and C beam.
