So that the success of a group or organization will greatly depend on the ability of leaders to be able to utilize the resources that are in it. Today many people are looking for leaders who not only demonstrate the standard competencies required by leaders. However, they prefer to follow leaders who have character, integrity, existence, and consideration ability. This study aims to determine the model of leadership innovation development and character building of students at SMK Wira Yudha Sakti Nusantara in Lumajang Regency, East Java. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on the results of the analysis using SEM, it can be concluded that there is a direct relationship between School Management and Leadership Innovation variables on Student Character and Adiwiyata School. There is an indirect effect between Leadership Innovation on Adiwiyata School through intervening Student Character variables.
