Respondents in this study were use lecturer at private university in Bogor. The analysis used in this study using path analysis model, which is a method that uses exogenuous and endogenuous variables. Equation models in\u00a0 this\u00a0 study\u00a0 using\u00a0 two\u00a0 models,\u00a0 (1)\u00a0 equation of sub structural one, such as\u00a0 PV= \u03b2<sub>1<\/sub>KE<sub>1 <\/sub>+ \u03b2<sub>2<\/sub>KD<sub>2<\/sub> + \u03b5<sub>1<\/sub> and equation\u00a0 of sub \u200b\u200bstructural two, such as \u00a0PA = \u03b2<sub>1<\/sub>KE<sub>1 <\/sub>+ \u03b2<sub>2<\/sub>KD<sub>2<\/sub> + \u03b2<sub>3<\/sub>PV<sub>3<\/sub> +\u03b5<sub>2<\/sub>.The finding of this study sub-structural one that there is a direct influence and\u00a0 positive significant between emotional quality on personal value amounted to 0,345 (34,5%) and self confidence of 0,526 (52,60%).
